The Vesper Commerce Commission is excited to announce that in light of a recent surge of registrations, it is immediately raising the cost of licensure for future applicants to 60,000 gold per week OR 180,000 gold per month (45,000 gold per week)!

The Commission is also pleased to welcome the respectable Miss Lan Fan into its licensee base.

It is a pleasure to do business with you, and we here at the Commission hope only for the best for you and your crew! Fair winds and following seas!

As the week winds down, the seas pick up, with multiple engagements against ships-of-the-line happening daily. All fall prey to the dedicated arbiters of the Commission, filling its purses and strengthening its hold at sea. Meanwhile the Commission looks to its closest allies and military assets in a move to increase its ranks. More to come, with prizes to be had by the victorious and wealth to those who license their ships with the Vesper Commerce Commission!

The skilled privateers of the Vesper Commerce Commission are ever devoted to their loyal licensees. Engagements increase as patrols crack down on rogue elements at sea, ensuring minimal competition for the Commission's clientele and their continued safety!

Coastal raids continue to be profitable as arms runners are intercepted, stockpiles are looted and general mischief is made.
[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

The Vesper Commerce Commission is also extremely pleased to bring on another reputable licensee, Lady Famara, and wishes her all the glory and fortune that is to be found on the Commission's privately owned and operated oceans!

[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Great success and favor await those who get their ships licensed with the Vesper Commerce Commission, and ply their fortuitous trade at sea! Don't hesitate - fees can only increase, and will do at an alarming rate given the continued boom of licensing!

Despite a lull in illegal whaling activities due to the victories of the Vesper Commerce Commission's brave operators, patrols at sea have nevertheless remained successful and fortuitous for its privateers and licencees alike!

[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

When the lure of vast wealth was no match for the overwhelming fear of facing the elite privateers of the Commission, its operators raided coastlines and island estates.

Dedication to their bloody craft has netted another licensee, whom the Commission welcomes with open arms!
[IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Captain Brandon Van Raily, amused with the two, inquired if they were married.

Like many licensees, it often takes a few encounters for them to remember they are completely safe at sea!

In an effort to safeguard its licensees and maintain healthy competition at sea, the Vesper Commerce Commission is thrilled to announce that it is increasing its fees for future licensees to 75,000 gold a week or 225,000 gold a month. Why wait any longer when riches and fortunes are yours for the taking? No need to be salty -

Captain Brandon Van Raily proudly represents the thalassocratic might of Vesper and the privateers of the Vesper Commerce Commission aboard the deadly brig, the Wily Otter!

    [IMG] [IMG]

A brilliant display of nautical destruction against those who might stand against these able privateers, when even one commands the oceans entirely! In addition, he risked not only life but prize throughout the night as a bounty was put forth concerning a lost water dragon.
    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

While the Commission would remind those with recently acquired concussive injuries from their defeats (see above), it feels it unnecessary as @Silly Santa already knew coming out was a "death sentence". (#camaraderie) The Commission would also like to clarify that stealing pets is not piracy; the bitter buttfuckery excellent actions at sea this evening was the definition of esteemed privateering. Taking prizes are simply bonuses, if not lures, and corralling pets is not the primary interest of the Commission overall.

Odd company, but these white wyrms enjoyed fighting on the winning team, for once. It did make the captain wonder at the force multiplier they would provide at sea, but he figured he was challenge enough.

In short, you done got shat on.

However, the privateers of the Vesper Commerce Commission are a noble sort, and willing to let transgressions go. It would behoove @Silly Santa not to descend into the illiterate ramblings and inbred drawlings of certain southern, web footed amateurs.

On that note, the Commission would also like to take this opportunity to welcome its newest licensee, Captain MagiK! A long time "client" of the Commission, it is our pleasure to have him finally on board and registered. May the seas flow ever toward riches for you and yours, captain!

Coastlines remain unsafe for smugglers and rogues who might operate under the guise of "treasure hunters"! Also, island towns should seek agreement with the Commission for safety against future unforeseen tragedies.

Captain Van Raily of the Wily Otter sets sail to offer a gentle reminder about registering their ships with the Vesper Commerce Commission! Illegal fishermen felt that the seas were theirs again, to explore without caution or penalty for lack of licensing.

Due to the diligence of the Commission's privateers, another licensee is brought into the stalwart protection Vesper's finest has to offer! Mister Szapher, representing the Lady Dag and the crew of the Bloody Mary, comes to Vesper to register their ship.

As many already know, the Vesper Commerce Commission is officially dismantled. There are several dozen reasons as to why, but those that care know, and those that don't, won't. Much of the crew was already disinterested in further actions and have been inactive, and few of the privateers remain in Britannian waters. They are entitled to fly the Commission's banner, but the company is otherwise removed from any future activities.

On behalf of the Commission, thank you again to our wonderful licensees. I look forward to future dealings with you all elsewhere.

To our friends, fair winds. To our enemies, suck it.

So long and thanks for the booty.
