so you admit to script pvp ill record that shit and report you for multi client pvp without flaging your ship. that is 100% against the rules and im quoting your post to prove what im saying when i record it.

Yall need to calm down a bit. Har, you all have some serious anger issues. We are suggesting staff apply new rules to the new content. Why are you all mad? It is easy to script an auto attack macro and I've seen it being used. I'll release some scripts this weekend and hopefully everyone will use them til rules are put in place. That's it.

Ignorance once again. I have had people go by on boat and auto attack with multiple clients at once. Read the thread. Don't just pull shit out of your ass and claim it's the truth. You don't need to fire upon a boat for someone to auto attack you.

Maybe not AFK, but you are abusing a mechanic by sinking an alts ship over and over to gain an advantage over those who do not.

Just look and think. Do you really think the devs want us to be sinking our own ships? Don't beat around the bush. It's blatantly obvious that is an abuse of a specific mechanic. Your just trying to justify it by saying you did it manually.

It's an exploit, and is viewed the same way as an "afk resource gathering" exploit, akin to leaving your meta somewhere to gain xp for example. Sure your not afk, but it's still an exploit.

Just wait for the dev response. I'm sure they can explain it better if you don't understand.

And multiclienting on a boat does need to be addressed. Do you think it's fair when the champ spawn comes that you get 3 characters potentially working the spawn at once.

Same thing if you wrestle a character for gains or train a pet. If they thought it was a problem they would have told me the night I did it. They were on my boat...

I think it'll be a tough sell in preventing multi-clienting for those that appose this route. Of course, it could just become a "well, it's okay but only under these circumstances... a...b...c..." and if that's the case good luck.

You still haven't explained how attended repetitive boat sinking equates to afk resource gathering. So many people in this community lack logic. The only macro I had was msg 'fire left' and fire right. I targeted each boat by hand. Placed each boat by hand. I sat there for 4 hours training it.

I have a suggestion for them if they intended that not to work. Implement a rule. Change the mechanics, make the boat serial ID static when sunk, and put a cool down timer on skill gain from it.

Just proves my point further, we need new rules for the new content.

I dont think the GM's intended for you to go from level 1 to 10 in 4 hours. Hell no one in Har has level 10 and according to you we spend "90% of our time" on boats.

Well of course people who turret from boats are going to disagree with the rule and of course people who don't turret on boats are going to dislike people doing it. Calm down and wait for staff to clarify it. For fucks sake lol. Duck Face and I are usually solo pirates, seeing other solo pirates with turrets ruins that for us. From a staff point of view they obviously need to address the issue. On the flip side, everyone mutli clients despite the rule, it's become a normal thing and it's part of normal gameplay here so why should boats be any exception?

It's not an argument anyone is going to win here until staff just clarify the damn rule. So....
